- WHO WE ARE
INVATAL is a digital education and digital services business based in Kurunegala, Sri Lanka. We offer online courses, tutorials, and knowledge resources on topics including stock market education, Islamic/halal investing awareness, web development, and digital skills. We also provide client services such as web design, development, branding, and digital marketing. Our courses and learning content are for educational purposes only.
- ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a course, or pay for a service. If you are under 18, you may use this Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
- EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY: NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
All content on this Platform, including videos, articles, courses, and downloadable material, is provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes.
We do not claim to be licensed financial advisors, investment professionals, brokers, Shariah scholars, or certified industry experts in every subject we teach. Some of our instructors and content creators are practitioners and enthusiasts sharing knowledge and personal research, not certified professionals in every case.

- PAYMENTS
- All payments are processed through our payment gateway, OnePay, in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
- Prices may change at any time, but the price you paid at checkout will not change for that order.
- Course access is activated after your payment is confirmed.
- For client services, an advance payment is required to reserve your project slot and begin work, as explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and contact information.
- We do not store your card details. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
- NO REFUND POLICY
All payments made on this Platform, for both courses and client services, are final and non-refundable, including advance payments, except where required by applicable law. Duplicate charges caused by a technical or payment error are handled as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
By making any payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Refund & Returns Policy in full. We encourage you to review course descriptions, previews, and free content, and to contact us with any questions before you pay.
- CLIENT SERVICES
If you hire us for a service such as web design or development:
- The project scope, timeline, and price will be agreed with you before work begins.
- You agree to provide the content, feedback, and approvals we need on time. Delays on your side may delay delivery.
- Work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
- Ownership of final deliverables passes to you only after full payment has been received.
- We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
- ACCOUNT AND ACCESS
- You are responsible for keeping your account login details private and for all activity under your account.
- Course access is granted for personal, individual use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
- We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or share or resell paid content without permission.
- We may change, update, or remove course content from time to time.
- ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Copy, record, download, or share paid course content without our written permission
- Use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the website or other users’ accounts
- Upload harmful code, spam, or offensive material
- Impersonate another person or provide false information
- USER RESPONSIBILITY
By using this Platform, you agree that:

All course content, videos, text, graphics, logos, and materials on this Platform are the property of INVATAL or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without our written permission.
- THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services, such as YouTube, WhatsApp, social media, and our payment gateway. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INVATAL and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, this Platform
- Any decision made based on course content
- Any financial loss, investment loss, or missed opportunity
- Errors, delays, or interruptions in content delivery or website availability

- INDEMNITY
